Excellent track tires at a reasonable price
I picked up these tires for my 2007 GT500 as a solid all-around option for street driving, and so far, they’ve performed really well. My car puts down around 700whp, so I didn’t expect them to hook perfectly in 1st or 2nd gear like drag radials would—that’s not what they’re designed for. I wanted an all-weather tire that could handle rain without making me feel like I was skating on ice, and these deliver. They mounted up easily and balanced with minimal weight, which was a nice surprise. Road noise is barely noticeable, and the ride feels smooth overall. The only issue I noticed was a very slight steering wheel shake when the tires are cold, but it goes away after a few minutes of driving. I’m guessing that’s just part of the break-in process because it’s already improved. For the price, these tires are hard to beat. If they keep performing like this, I’ll definitely pick up another set when these wear out. Perfect choice if you’re looking for an affordable, reliable tire for everyday use!
